Simply the fastest, best tasting, easy to make - low calorie breakfast I’ve ever made~Try this one and you’ll be full till lunch! Better yet, go ahead and let it double as a hearty lunch recipe as well

Combine

Ingredients:


1 egg plus 2 egg whites


1/4 cup canned black beans, rinsed and drained


2 Tbsp salsa


2 Tbsp shredded low-fat cheddar cheese


1 small whole wheat tortilla


DIRECTIONS:

Scramble eggs, beans, salsa and cheese and

fill tortilla with the egg mixture.


How easy is that! Try it!

Better yet, why not set up a burrito station for the Super Bowl ? Mix a large

batch of the egg mixture in advance, cover and let them fill their own. It’s

always nice to have at least one healthy option so might as well make it fun.

Besides, who needs to know?
