Our youth programs participate in little league baseball, fishing, football, walking, skating, archery, shooting, hiking, swimming, jump rope and playground games
About Me
I am the Executive Director of Project T.O.O.U.R. a 501 [c][3] organization that provides services to residents and neighborhoods in the Greater Baltimore area. Our target areas are Westport, Mt. Winans and Lakeland in South Baltimore, Maryland
