About Me
Candace Grasso is the CEO and Founder of Fit Is It, INC. As a result of her 21 year fitness career, she has many responsibilities. She's a professional athlete and coach. She's a trainer and group exercise instructor (holding 6 national certifications)and lectures as a CEU provider to other fitness professionals as well. She appears on Baltimore's NBC affiliate television WBAL, as their Female Fitness expert. She's a nutrition specialist, a writer and a highly sought after motivational Keynote speaker. She is most proud of "my 29 year marriage to the love of my life and my two spectacular daughters, ages 26 and 28". By looking at her, she's the picture of health and energy. While being super fit and nutritionally squeaky clean is a good thing, it doesn't insure superior health. She believes that her birth defect,(brain malformatin) an often disabling disease have all been used to help her develop, by God's GRACE, a tenacious spirit and huge zest for life. "I KNOW others have dealt with MORE for sure, but this is my life." You wouldn’t know this about her unless you had attended one of her seminars.
