BEEN KICKBOXING as one of my MAIN workouts and sports loves for over 15 years now.
I DO IT....TEACH IT...and am a MASTER INSTRUCTOR, and am a CONTINUING ED workshop instructor in KickBoxinf as well, teaching other fitness pro workshops for them to gain credits toward certification renewal and career advancement.
