About FORM:
FORM is the collaboration of Emmy award winning designer Joshua Rose and Chinese medical practitioner Rafael Kalichstein. Joshua and Rafael truly believe that spaces speak. In order for a design to succeed it is imperative that the designer listen.

Design Consultation: we will go to your house, your office, your hotel, your bar--whatever space you are planning--and give you an overall design concept, including any architectural changes, kitchen/bathroom remodels, outdoor spaces, color schemes, and furniture layout ideas. After this 1-2 hour consult, you will have a basic idea of the direction in which we would guide your project, the feeling the space will offer when it is done, and the big picture ideas that will give you the vision to take on the project. 2. In addition, we will offer 6 hours of design time from FORM's lead designers and owners, Joshua Rose and Rafael Kalichstein. We can spend this time implementing the ideas outlined in the consultation. If your project includes a major renovation, such as a kitchen, bathroom, or total space reorientation, we can work with you to create the perfect space for your needs, including cabinetry, appliances, or countertops and plumbing finishings. As we refine the palette, we will help you hone in on material choices--such as flooring, hardware, or fixtures-- or to decorate, finish a room, or create custom pieces--who knows, maybe you'll wind up with one of our signature one-of-a-kind "Salvaged" works.
